Created for the Jamestown Holiday Small Picture Show, these three critters continue my realism series of 5x7 acrylic paintings. I will also be exhibiting several landscape paintings. The opening reception is this Thursday, 11/29, from 6-8pm at the Jamestown Arts Center, 18 Valley Street, Jamestown, RI. We hope you can join us!
Welcome to a place to see what's on my easel, the walls I am decorating and the illustration projects that are on my drawing table. It's like hanging out in my studio without getting paint on you. Thank you for stopping by and please come again!

6 Little Paintings
Providence Art Club
Lusterstone Walls in Eggplant
This two day project was completed during "Sandy" at Moss Salon on North Main Street in Providence. Lusterstone is a mica embedded resin that is applied with a trowel or blade. It reflects light well and creates great depth of color. It is also very durable and easy to repair if needed. The area behind the concrete balusters was challenging but the impact with the aged gray of the concrete was worth the extra effort.
